The Carefree Institute was established in 1986 to develop, market and manage a personality assessment tool for businesses, educational institutions and government agencies.

For over 24 years, and with tens of thousands of administered assessments, the Carefree Institute has collaborated with experts in various disciplines to develop the current InnerViewing Method and InnerView Professional Profile. The method and the instrument have evolved over time as a result of acquired research in the fields of psychology, human resource and business management, experiential learning and applied technology.
