Robert
Horton is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of The Carefree Institute.
Mr. Horton has dedicated a great deal of time and personal resources
over the past 25 years to the development of the InnerView Professional
Profile system. He has collaborated with the highest caliber professionals
in the fields of psychology, including psychometrics, technology
solutions to personality measurement, human resource assessment
and management and communications to bring InnerViewing to its
present state-of-the-art format.
In addition to his work with The Carefree Institute, Mr. Horton
has served as top executive of several entrepreneurial companies,
including four providing commercialized energy and environmental
technologies and services. He is founder and developer of Integrated
Carbons Corporation, Hazox Corporation, Genesis Research Corporation,
Custom Coals International and is currently CEO and Chairman of
the Board of Directors of Alchemix Corporation. He most recently
was responsible for development of an international coal slurry
project and managed the transition of the project to a major energy
services company. Mr. Horton continues to serve as a Director
for this project and other energy and environmental ventures.
Prior positions include Account Executive, Boettcher & Company,
(Colorado Springs, CO); Organizing Branch Manager, A.G. Edwards
& Sons, Inc.; (Colorado Springs, CO); Founder and Chief Executive,
Dialog Corporation, (telecommunications services, Colorado Springs,
CO); Special Projects Coordinator, E.F. Hutton & Co., International
Film Investors Division (New York, NY); and Executive Vice President,
Travel Network Corporation, a subsidiary of American Broadcasting
Company (New York, NY).
