History

The Carefree Institute was established in 1986 to develop, market and manage a personality assessment tool for businesses, educational institutions and government agencies.

For over 25 years, and with tens of thousands of administered assessments, the Carefree Institute has been collaborating with experts in various disciplines to develop the current InnerViewing™ method and the InnerView Professional Profile. The method and the instrument have evolved over time as a result of acquired research in the fields of psychology, human resources and business management, experiential learning and applied technology.

The Carefree Institute is dedicated to researching, developing and providing practical solutions to these professional and personal challenges. From this position, the company's current focus is on developing and marketing innovative solutions for the human resource challenges of today and tomorrow's foremost business leaders.
